Gurt AlexHi, i can see that in the Demo: http://demo.designwall.com/dw-magz/home-page-3/ : you have 3 homepages, and the Featured block of each page different , event in the Category page ? So, my question is how can i make multi home page and add different widgets to pages ? how can i archive that ?
Hi, in order to do that , i’ve included a page template in the theme at this path : dw-magz/page-templates/page-widget.php so you can use it to create a page that different from the file page.php so, it’ll not affected by the layout of the single page you choose in the option. After that , you can use the Plugin: Widget logic to set the widget to appear at what page you want it to display.
After that, you need to create a page with the template : page-widget. And remember the page slug name.
Then, after active the Widget Logic plugin , you go to Appearance >> Widgets. Place the widget at where you want and then give it the “Logic” so it will appear at the page you want. Now you will have a different Page that can choose to be static home page or do whatever you like.
Note*: For the Category page , you can use this widget logic plug-in too.
