Especially because I have issues with the pro that I don’t have with the free version, like the template is changing when viewing a question
DominicIn this case, you can let me know detail about the issue with the pro version, we will check and help you resolve it.
You can see here that there are few issues with the template:
- The template I’m using for the main questions is not the same for the question I’m clicking
- The vote icon is different
- The + and – are not visible
We have checked and this is the bug come from the plugin, we have fixed and updated this issue in the next version. We have uploaded into the codecanyon. Please wait 5 hours to 2 days for the Codecanyon review.
In this case, if you want to have it now, you can send me username & password of your site via private answer, I will check and install the latest version to your site.
Thanks! but I got an email that there is a new version, downloaded and installed it and it looks like it’s the same version 1.1.3 and it’s still not working correctly
Right now, you can download from the codecanyon, we have reuploaded a new package for the Q&A plugin. We have included the auto-update from the codecanyon in this package.
If you still face their issue, you can send me username & password of your site for further checking.
