Also, According to the new license scheme, we apply the limit 1 year to update and technical support which is quite common across WP theme clubs now. In your case, What is your purchase date? If you want I can help you convert your purchase into your designwall account.

whoaitsaimzHappy to pay for the upgrade, but I have 1.1.4 with a child theme and neither the parent or the child theme (or your own preview on themeforest with 1.1.3) seem to have the Instagram block working. Is this product still supported? I have a giant blank space on my homepage and would like to get this fixed asap. If it’s not available any longer, can you at least let me know how to fix this white space?
I have checked and see that the DW Fixel does not compatible with the latest version of WP. I sent and notified to our technical team about this issue. We will check and update it and will release the latest version as soon as possible.
