hello,

is there a list of files, which have been changed between the updates?
or is there a diff file with the changes between the updates?

At the moment, we don’t remember the files changed in the latest version. If you don’t lose all customizations, please try using a tool here http://www.diffdaff.com/ to enable a direct comparison between two files, folders, or web sites and shows the differences line by line.
