Is it possible to insert directly into the theme?

How can I insert a page with the questions in the topic, what would it appear in the file index.php ? This generally can be done? Thank you.

Hi,
Very simple. At the moment, you can use the shortcode to insert a page with the questions into the topic. Please find here for the document guide on how to use the shortcode: http://www.designwall.com/guide/dw-question-answer-plugin/#shortcodes
In case that you want it to display as the Front page, just navigate to the Dashboard > Settings > Reading and select the Front page displays
