Is it possible to send email notifications to anonymous user who provided email addresses?

At the moment, the free version does not support to store the email of anonymous users.
We have updated this feature in the pro version. However, the anonymous cannot get the notification. After check and discuss about this, we won’t update to send a notification to the anonymous user.

If you are using the version 1.1.4, you can find the Anonymous listing menu when you enable the anonymous can read/post the question in the Settings > Permission tab of the Question settings.

If you purchased the plugin from the Codecanyon, you can go to the download tab from the profile of Codecanyon.

I did that. However it returns me an error saying that the folder (home/atipict5/public_html/wp-content/plugins/dw-question-answer-pro/) is already in use by previous install. Is there any way to update without uninstalling the previous version?

You can disable and remove the old plugin then upload the latest version.
In case, you have customized the plugin, you should create a folder back-up to save all the files that you have edited.
