Jigo Shop - adding images

I have just bought Wall Classic. I’m trying to add images to a product in Jigoshop and the ‘media uploader’ seems disabled – i.e it doesn’t work!

I’ve tried everything – please can you help here

I was a bit surprised the theme didn’t come preinstalled with Jigoshop – was I correct to install the plugin myself?

Also on Theme Forest it said the theme was ‘well documented’ – where do I find this documentation?

Hello Tom !
Firstly, If you want to add images for a product in Jigoshop, you log in to Dashboard > Jigoshop > Dashboard > products. > add new post.

Next, in the media, after adding new images, you click library > select attachment and choose your new post.

I have been building sites in wp for a few years and have a clear understanding on how to use the media uploader and set featured images.

BUT….. these features are not working normally.

When I try to set a featured image – it stalls.

When I try to use the “add media” button to the content area nothing happens – no media dialogue box opens as per usual

As I asked earlier – was I meant to install Jigoshop plugin?

Can you explain further what your trying to show with step 3?

I have now reinstalled Jigoshop plugin – and it looks different and is now behaving itsself better – it must have been corrupted in first installation
