Jumbled Text on Blog Page

The text for date / author / comments (at the top of each post) is not displaying correctly. Is this a bug?

I think you have some mistakes when adding a new blog page. Please log in to Dashboard > Pages > Open your blog page then go to the Page Attributes pane on the right hand side, select the template as blog.

Next, You can go to Theme > Customize > General Settings then select layout is the Right sidebar or left sidebar.See the Screenshot:

It appears as though the post is occupying the full width of the page. Not sure what is causing this. None of the featured images are larger than 640px wide.

I removed all posts categorized as ‘Blog’ and then went back and added a new post to see if the problem still exists. You can see what is happening here: http://golfhistoryapp.com/blog/
