Left Sidebar's Scrollbar Doesn't Work with Touchscreen

Greetings,

We love the theme, but we’re having an issue where on touchscreen devices such as a laptop the sidebar that displays Categories, Archives, and Meta doesn’t scroll when trying to drag up/down with your finger.

Is there any way we can keep the scroll’s custom style AND allow touchscreen users to use their finger to scroll up/down?
