Login form is not showing for ask question page

Hello,

when you visit this page it’s should show login form as like this forum demo .
but it;s show this message “You do not have permission to submit a question”
Please help me asap .

Hi,
just download this zip (see screenshot http://prntscr.com/euevf0 ) and then extract this zip and upload the plugin to your site.
installable WordPress file only is the older version of this plugin.
I was used that first-time that’s way it was working on that time

Then override into the question-submit-form.php file.
