Loopback Check failed

Hello, There is a Important Problem with your Plugin.
Loopback Check with Health Check Fails — Error: (0) cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received. I have Curl Version 7.38.0 installed.
And its not in Conflict with other Plugins or Themes. I checked it allready. It is breaking some Futures on my Site.

Any Solution?
