Make button ask question support multi language

Hi,
I think you need to add this to fix the multi language when click on Ask question button.
In file template-functions.php

    $submit_question_link = get_permalink( icl_object_id($dwqa_options['pages']['submit-question'],'page',true) );

I am attempting to setup a second language with Polylang and the Ask Question button doesn’t translate. I’ve installed Loco Translate and it is translated in the additional language, but when viewing the additional language page the Ask Question button is still in English.
Actually this also applies to the Filter tags and Sort By option too.
Is there a way to translate those items without a template change? For example using Loco Translate?
