Hello

tried to contact you through contact forms & social media, but no luck. I would like to get a refund for my purchase (DW Focus). It’s been purchased about 2 weeks ago & doesnt fit my needs due to code issues.

Hi Pavel,
Apparently we have not received any feedback from you via our social channel Facebook, as well as email. Can you tell us more about the problems you are facing? We will help you out.
Regarding the refund, unfortunately it has passed 7 days for our 7 days money back policy, hence we cannot issue the refund for you.

Your theme is excessively heavy with extra code in all php files, constant parsing errors. It just not working as it should.

Yeah, if you take your sweet 4day time to answer a question no wonder it’s passed 7day period.

Regarding your issue of trying to contact us via either contact forms & oscial media, we HAVEN’T received any of those as your given time. This is our first time ever receive your first feedback. If you have submitted any of the contact forms or via any social media, it would be helpful if you can send us the receipt of the contact form or any screenshot of the social media submission on your issue. It might have been network issue on our side resulting from not receiving your feedback, and it’s extrememely important for us to fix such prob in a timely manner.
