You can not use another name for the plugin. In this case, you can not develop and publish the plugin.

I think you have some confusion – It’s not called Lickety Q&A, that was just a decoration.
The plugin is called DW question & Answer expanded. We agreed on it. You can’t go back on our agreement (https://www.designwall.com/question/can-i-have-permissiion/)

I am quoting you:
” You’re welcome.
However, you can share the plugin with us, and we will publish it on our site? ”

I mean, you only possibly publish on our site and all the code of the plugin will commit to out the package, we will provide the bitbucket to you can commit the codes, and the Features is from the Free version and you will use your Name not  “Lickety.org “And I have suggested you contact us via email to discuss and clear about it.
