Nothing Found in some categories

I have several categories that aren’t getting populated on my home page. ALL is one of them and DW FOCUS: Featured News. I am not sure what I am doing wrong.
The url is http://dev.thedesignpub.com/suwanee_mag/

I did everything you suggested and the All category still does not populate. Is there anything else I could try?

All else fails, try the usual troubleshooting steps (some of which you’ve done already):

Deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
Switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
Resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
Re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress.
