As you see the ABOUT heading appears while loading the page and goes back to it’s original position.
I think this has something to do with CSS, but I have no knowledge about it.
So can anyone provide me a fix, please?

Added couple of in the index.php. Now the ABOUT doesn’t come up. But the site title is moving up when reloading the page.
