Permission denied for media upload

Hi!

How do I allow registered users to upload media to questions/answers? The user has the capability ‘upload_files’ and yet I keep getting a message ‘You don’t have permission to attach files to this post.’

I have checked on our demo and it still works fine. Also, the Q&A does not the permission option to allow user attach files to the post. Firstly, please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one and let us know if you find the problematic plugin(s). Maybe there is a conflict in plugins.

If you still face there issue, you can send me username & password of your site for further checking (via private answer).

I got it, thanks. I thought DWQA allowed images to be attached to q&a, was this recently removed? My hacked version does now, the problem with permission i was having was with the post type capability type, which was mapped to post therefore not allowing user uploads when checked for permissions.

You can tell me detail about this question, you can send me username & password of your site further checking and send me a screenshot.
