Is there an option where I can remove the message feature in the forum? If there is no such feature, cool.
Can a user register using facebook or gmail ?

Dominic1/ The plugin has supported the shortcode and you can use the shortcode to show the question list and submit form any where that you want.
2/ You can disable the notification feature from the back-end.
3/ The plugin using the register/login system of WordPress. So, you can install a social login plugin in your site.
