There’s double slash (//) in the category URL of (QandA plugin integrated in DW HelpDesk):

My website is http://learn-bisaya.info/ask/

how to fix that?

We are checking to fixing this issue in the next version. The responsive will look good in this version. We will try to release it in this week. However, if you want to use the laster version and help us test, you can send me username & password of your site, I will help you install the latest version and if you have any issue, you can let me know and we will update it in this version.
