Problem with DW FOCUS social media sharing counters

Hi, on many posts, the DW Focus (we have 1.0.8) counter at the bottom left for the number of facebook shares we have on the post, is showing zero. On all of our posts. Obviously it stopped working. What do we do? thanks

Hi,
We have released the latest version 1.1, please update the latest version then check again your site. If you still face there issue, you can send me username & password of your site for further checking.

Ok tried 1.1. on our test site, doesn’t seem to solve the problem- I shared a post of ours on facebook, and the counter didn’t update from zero – is it supposed to be instanteneous? if not how long should I wait? thanks

I have got your info via email and I have checked your facebook counter on your site, it’s working fine. Please check again your site. Maybe is due cache.
