Problems using DW Glossary

Good day,
I have just bought and installed the DW Glossary plugin. I want to creat an aplhabetical list on a certain page (https://bestgames4you.com/partners/). As you can see it doesn’t affect the page and I don’t know how to use this plugin.
Could you help me with this?
