Q&A Admin Menu Missing

I have installed DW Question & Answer and can not wait to use it in my latest project. However I can not see certain items of the admin menu such as Categories & Tags.

I need a closer look to detect the root of issue, please PM me URL, Admin and FTP credential of your site (via private answer).

Have fixed the issue there was a issue with my Admin credentials. Just created a new admin user.
