Rightsidebar only visible when logged in?

I’ve only just noticed but it seems the right hand sidebar is only visible on posts when i’m logged in. Is this normal? Can I set it to always be visible?

ah, seemd to conflict with Engage user & Anti spam by RetinaPost

Could just be my settings in the plugin, will have to check later.
