Rollover menus does not work properly in IE

Rollover menus on main nav don’t stay up in IE9 or below

I was considering purchasing the DW Focus theme, however the rollover menus on the main navigation do not work properly in any version of IE I tested it in. The drop down DIVs appear when you mouse over the main menu options, but then when you mouse over the DIV to select something the DIV disappears redering the menu unusable. In other words, you see the menu on initial mouseover, but then when you move the mouse down to select something the menu hides before you can select anything. If this can be fixed, I’d make the purchase. Thanks.
