Single Question page empty

Hello, i just brought the Pro Version of the Plug-In but if i try to open a question to see the full article i only see a blank page. Whats the Matter? i dont get it? Somebody any Idea?

I use WordPress 4.5.2 and i also tried 4.4.2 with the same problem. I already deactivated all my plugins!
