Social plugin don't work and old template in themeforest

Hi, sorry for my poor English, but I have some questions. I bought your theme in themeforest but I have some problem with the social feed plugin. I only can give Facebook feed. Twitter & instagram don’t work, is it normal? I noticed that this theme is not updated… In your website there is a newer version… Can I have this new version??? Let me know. Thanks in advance for your answer! Bye

but it doesn’t seem to be the updated version. I’ve downloaded the 1.0.9 from ThemeForest and received by mail the 1.0.0
On your website there is the 1.0.10 with 4 different design styles… This one is the upgraded version, or not?
You sent me the right one?

It will be a long story to explain the confusing in theme version of WallClassic in Themeforest.
Please assure that the package that I have sent you is the correct one and the latest update of WallClassic.
Regarding the theme in our website: DW Wall with 4 different styles. Though they look alike but they are 2 different separate themes and the theme you bought in Themeforest is WallClassic only not DW Wall. We sell WallClassic exclusively on Themeforest. That’s why the version of these 2 themes are totally different.
I hope I have clarify the confusion.
