Tagline displaying when it’s not required

I sent details earlier, for reference I have commented out as follows:

It would be better if the toggle worked properly.

At the moment, if you want to hide the tagline, you can comment the code as you have made or use the CSS to hide this section.
We will discuss this option in the next version, maybe, we will add an option to hide or show the Tagline on the header while user wants to use tagline

I’m not sure Vhajar has added much here. My initial request was based on the fact that there is a tickbox clearly labelled “Display Site Title and Tagline” yet ticking or unticking has no effect on the code. What is the point of it being there?
