Unable to update Wordpress Contact Form Email

I updated both my general email address in WordPress and by going to contact forms > edit > mail and updating the address there, but the messages still get sent to the old address. How do I fix this?

Which theme/plugin are you using?
Also, you should send me your username & password of your site for further checking.
