Visual Editor tools are not all showing and the text doesn’t have the correct format as we want

I’m a developer on behalf the my client and we are using this plugin purchased from codecanyon, we have license and I can provide you that.

However, I’m writing you because we are not getting all tools while in “Visual Editor” mode.
and when we are writing text in a format it’s not showing like that, it’s striping all new lines and compacting all text.

Would you please help me getting resolved?
