I don’t understand this. You are theme developers and you can’t provide support to your customers? You come here and answer 2-3 questions and then disappear and say you are providing support? The theme is extremely buggy and instead of working on addressing the serious underlying issues, you disregard customers’ concerns and become irritated when questions are asked?

There are tons of issues wrong with your theme and if you don’t provide support to me and others here to fix the problems or come up with an update to address all the bugs people have been complaining about i will personally make you front page news. I bought the theme yesterday and it was only today i was able to download it? You call that efficiency and good management?

The header is unworkable with a bigger logo plus advert. There is no straightforward solution and after reading the forum i realize you give 5 different answers to solve the same problem. My friend it is time you wake up and realize that when you take money from people you are duty bound to provide service. This is equal to daylight robbery, and if you don’t act right now you will be exposed. I am a different customer as i am the Editor of a major newspaper and will not let you continue this reckless administration of customer service. From your response to this, i will decide on what to do next. You have been warned!!!

I hope this is some kind of joke. If you don’t like the theme, ask for a refund and go somewhere else like a normal human being. Making vile, imbecilic threats like yours is not productive.

I’m sure these guys are doing their best and will do everything they can to resolve your issues, but making despicably hostile remarks is not the best way to go about it.

Maybe you are satisfied with this kind of support but most people here are not. Threats? These guys are doing their best? You call this type of support best? How many questions were asked since yesterday? How many answers were given? How long did they spend on this site answering questions? Get a life. Advocate for something more useful. The support is awful.

Sorry for our late reply. This is due to our long annual holiday from 30th May to 2nd June. It does take time for us to answers all the questions here. Please don’t take it wrong that we don’t answer your questions.

Jackie thanks for your response and apologies for my hard stance its just a bit frustrating when you need help and you cant get it. Ignore my previous complaint i was only very upset as i couldn’t get the theme working. But we are all now friends – no hard feelings. Regards to the team.
