What member plugin is best for DWQA?

Hey what Member plugin is best to use with the Question and answer plugin? and dont say Buddypress, im kind of new to WP something theres customizable, Buddypress i ended up with the member activity pages was in english or the title was in english and couldnt find anything to change it

At the moment, the plugin has integration with the Ultimate member plugin, User pro, and BuddyPress plugin, you can try and let me know if you have any issue or question.
