Where are the changelogs for the themes?

Where are the changelogs for the themes? a text document should be with the theme to say what you have updated

with the update version 1.0.3 for the DW Focus Theme, I fixed some bugs on the theme and done a lot of improvements. if you does not update to version 1.0.3 yet, you can download the updated version in your profile or send me your mail box, i will send you the updated version.
