Caleb WilliamsI rarely go to the Widget customize screen since initially setting up my website with DW Focus. I went back to move things around and it’s always stuck on a “Loading…” screen and the Widget section on the sidebar just says:
There are no widget areas currently rendered in the preview. Navigate in the preview to a template that makes use of a widget area in order to access its widgets here.
It’s really weird and obviously an inconvenience
DominicI have checked your image and our demo, I think you are using the older version of the theme. Please let me know the version that you are using. Currently, we have released the latest version 1.3.2 and fixed this issue, you can check and update the theme. If you are using the latest version, you can send me username & password of your site, I will check and help you resolve it.
Caleb WilliamsI check and I’m on 1.1.0 I believe…I tried updating but it screwed up my entire site and everything disappeared I’d appreciate some help updating the theme so I dont lose my features/customization’s.
btw it’s back to 1.1.0 until I can update it to the recent version
