there is a bug that when a user inserts a new question in non alpha numeric characters (in hebrew for instance), if he makes an error in the insert new question page (for instance he doesn’t answer the captcha question correctly), the page will be reloaded saying there was an error, and now the question title will show the old title but in ASCII ENCODING REFRENCE like this: %D7%A3%25%D7 and so on.
