Incorrect status and upvote not updated on mainpage

I was highly hopeful on this plugin. Before I upgrade to pro, I wanted to test drive.
But I found some issues,

Even after I disabled all cache (Total W3 Cache), the problems above persist.
I’m using WP Version 4.9.8
