mails from [email protected] whenever a NEW TOPIC has been created in BBPRESS/FORUMS

I’m getting the below mails from [email protected] whenever a NEW TOPIC has been created in BBPRESS/FORUMS.
It is very surprising!!!
Does any one has any clue why this is happening?
I have checked BBPRESS side also and did n’t find any issues there.
