Display SEO Yoast box editor in question and answer post

Hi,
My website using DWQA and my developer customize it in some way so that it will fit for our needs. For the time being we have 2 installed DWQA plugin, one for live site and one for development site. However, these 2 have different configuration for Yoast SEO. In the development site, the SEO Yoast box editor are function correctly for question & answer post so that we can custom the SEO meta. However, when we implement the same configuration DWQA plugin as in Dev site to the live site, the SEO Yoast box didn’t showed and there is odd url behind when we edit the question/answer post –> #screen-options-wrap. Usually we can click this screen option and then activate the SEO Yoast box editor.
Please help us, why these things are happen and how can we solve it? Thanks in advance.
