CSS nt loading on answer pages

Hi, CSS is no longer loading on single question/answer pages. This happened sometime within the last 2 weeks. I did the update, then uploaded my customized styles.css file from my hard drive to overwrite the default one from the update. I also uploaded my singlequesion.php and question-list.php, which I had edited for custom functionality. But the CSS issue remains.
