Add social links or language to the menu

I’m trying top add a social link (image one) into the main menu, and also a language switcher.

I have both already built, but my problem is that I can’t find the place to add the code. These items must be located in the main menu between the last menu item and the search option.

Is it possible? could you give me some hints about the location (I guess of the template.css)

1. Please place PHP code in to file header.php in /wp-content/themes/wallpress/

2. Then, you can add the style to file style.css in the same folder to make it look better.
