Every users has staff label in their questions?

Hello,
I use Q&A free plugin version. I notice every new register users who is subscriber role, they have staff label next to their name in their question. I believe only Admin role should has staff label. Am I correct? If not, which role won’t show staff label next to their name?

I checked the code and found if users can edit post, they will get staff badge. So I have to customize the template by checking the user role. Easy to fix. Thank you for keeping good work on this plugin.
