Are the pages rel=canonical?

Hi, I’m just wondering if these posts that are showing up in my categories are rel=”canonical” or not.
What caught my eye was the excessively long excerpt! I think it’s displaying the full page, so I will probably modify that myself.

OK, say for instance on the blog page each post is displayed entirely, and this would cause duplicate content issues, since the post is displaying the exact same content as the home page.

Also another problem that is happening is that blog/page-2 doesn’t work. So once the blog home page displays the latest 10, there is a button on the bottom that says ‘next’ but goes to a 404.

Hi there,
You can use the ‘More tag’ to display the excerpt instead of full of content. Please have a look here for more details: http://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/more-tag/
About the 404 error, you can try to go to Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and click on Save Changes to reset the permalink. If the problem persists, please send us your admin account (via private answer) so we can help you out.

I have just resolved the 404 issue for you, please check again. To have the excerpts of the articles, you can use the ‘Insert More Tag’ button in WordPress editor as the screenshot here: http://i.imgur.com/2nWTW7C.png
