Ask question not showing on Woodmart theme

Hi, we properly placed shortcode on page and when you select ask a question the form does not show. When we first did it, it worked. There is some bug with this plugin and premium themes like woodmart. Please provide fix ASAP. Thanks

Please inspect css to see issue. If it cannot be resolved this way we will submit request for refund for this plugin is not coded properly for premium Theme compatibility.
