Hello,
 
so now we have the licence and put it in the licence manager. It is ok.
 
BUT if we click on the

1. Install Required & Recommended Plugins

or

2. Install Demo Content

we have a error message. Authorization problem..!
Désolé, vous n’avez pas l’autorisation d’accéder à cette page.
 
So what can we do to fix this bug, and begin to work finally…??

Where is the new version ?

I see the 1.0.4 version, which is already installed and not working at all (we tried again) …?
So where is the 1.0.5 version ???

So can seriously help us ? And have a faster answer ? You answer one time every 24h.
And your solution is not working !
We bought this theme more than a week, and imposssible to work with it.
Seriously, what are you doing ??? Do you test your theme ??

Please, be serious NOW !

and the child template can’t see the dw Magz remplate, so it is impossible to install it !!
Amazing! You really don’t test your theme ! You are completely crazy, no ?
 
And we uninstall DW magz, and download and reinstall version 1.04, and same problem ???
WHAT ARE YOU DOING ?
CAN WE HAVE SERIOUS HELP ? AND  PLEASE TEST YOUR THEME…!

I know your feel while facing the issue. I have checked and see that it’s my mistake in the name file. Sorry about that. I have fixed it. Right now, you can download the latest version 1.0.5 of the theme. We have fixed all the issues.

I don’t kown what think about you and Design Wall… I suppose it is not a joke, isn’t it….?

We uninstall and reinstall the template version 1.0.5 and got the same error !!!

If we click on the

So like I said before, the problem is still here but it is worse now.
You didn’t fix bug, you create new bug. Never see this before…!!
 
New bug is after installed version 1.0.5, wordpress say that there is a new version 1.0.5.
So we update version 1.0.5 to 1.0.5, and after that style sheet is missing, etc… template is not working anymore.

At the moment, I can not access to help you install the theme, the wp-admin is the error now, please check it. Also, I have trying to install the DW Magz 1.0.5 on our local in the Today and see that it working fine. I think you have some mistake when installing the theme.

Ok, we tried on a local server, so we can install the template, one plugin and after that still same error. no authorisation to go to “click here to install plugin”, impossible to install demo, etc tec tec..
The acces that I gave on the other post is working well, I just tested it. But To be sure, I put a other one.
 
Can you check the website please. And tell us what is wrong…..???
And maybe a little more reactive !

I have checked your site and see that you have some issue with install the theme, you need to unzip the file.zip after downloading from the profile. Also, I have checked your site and see that you have many the old content, I think you no need to install demo content. In your case, you can find the following document guide on how to configure the theme.
If you want to have it, you can let me know, I will access and help you configure the site look like our demo.

Ah ok this is the mistake..? Are you kidding me?!! Of course we already do, if no it is impossible to install the template !
Sorry but sometimes you have really stupid reflexions! I imagine you receive lot of mail, but, please, be serious !

So, if we read your anwser (after 2 days, bravo !)

Thank to think for us, but it is not necessary! Think to fix the bugs please.
And the bugs are still there…
Like I said before, we install our template on a local fresh website and still have the same problem…

So we install on a new fresh website your template, and guest what ????
No way, still the same bug !!!

So can you be serious for once ?
I put other people to see this thread, it is really amasing here…!

Yes, I know what you want. I just checked your site and see that you have a notified WordPress-Magazine-Theme-DW-Magz folder in the back-end. I think you have uploaded this folder (See the screenshot: http://prntscr.com/hj6w3j). So, I want to ask you should unzip this file and open it to get the theme.zip & child-theme.zip. Maybe I have a mistake here. Sorry about that.
Also, I want to help you configure the theme to look like demo because you have many posts here: http://prntscr.com/hj6xvj
I think you will very hard in the remove the demo content of the DW Magz. I’m sorry to trouble you.

If you want to have the demo, you can go to this site to install, the theme working now.

sorry but the problem is not solved.
We still have a update available : version 1.05 to version 1.05.
The last time we did it, everything has been borken.
So how to fix the bug..???

Euh sorry but the problem was not really fixed.
Because each time we install this template, on local, or online, for testing or other, we still have the same problem. And you never explain how to fix these bugs…!
I just put a question with the access code: Private: access code for problem website with DW Magz
And this problem (update from 1.0.5 to 1.0.5) has suddently dissapear (after 15 days…). So strange the behavior here …!

And for info, when we click on Click here to install plugins → or on Click here to install demo content →, we still have errors. Or, in example, for the plugin, this is not a error, but must say that the plugin are already installed…
And for the demo, I must reinstall the demo if I want.

So is there a way to have 2 or 3 columns for a submenu ?
We have a menu with a lot of entries, we need more columns, and we don’t find this options…

If you want to use 2 or 3 column for the submenu, you need to use the mega menu plugin. The theme does not support an option for the create column.

If you want to use this font for the title, you can import the font to the style.css file with the following code:

@import url('//fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Playfair+Display');

Then use the following css code to change the font for title:

.post .entry-title a {
font-family: 'Playfair Display', serif;
}

In this case, you can try the following code:

}

Or you can insert the fonts to your site. Please go to the theme folder then edit the theme-options.php file in the inc folder Then find the line 979 to add your fonts.

BUT it is still the same… I begin to be crazy…
