Blank page when I actvate adrotate plugins

Hi,
When I activate adrotate plugins, then the website return blank page.
http://dwizernews.com/

We have a WordPress 4.2.2 installed.

What should we do?

Hi,
I have installed the Adrotate plugins on our DW Focus demo and still working fine, you can send me username & password of your site (via private answer) for further checking.
