Bugfixes and changes to codebase

Hi,
I have made several changes in the code-base since I found some limited functionality in DWQA. One could call some of them bugfixes. Do you want these?
E.g.:

Fixed no linebreaks in notification emails
Fixed missing filter for answered questions
Fixed some error in replacements in html-templates (i.e. changes from sanitize to esc_html)
Added some swedish translations
Fixed some issues with missrepresentation of times
