This would be very useful. Also would like to add another question here.

If I set up  a question on my web site, and want a person to answer it, would be good send an email where they are notified. And also to resend, people quite lazy and forget full.
Your catchpais too quick I had to reverify a couple of times.

If you using the free version you can purchase the following plugin to allow user upload the image:

Also, you can update the plugin to the pro version to use the upload file. We have included this option in the pro version.

I am afraid with all due respect not very impressive. 
First my question had about 5 parts, and your answer relates just to one, thank you. 
But the other 4 parts I dont see here. I thought I had taken a copy but can’t find it at the moment.
I need info on the pro version, nothing on your web site about this. Price, specifications.
I also had a quick look at showcase, not very much interesting there. I would like to see a professional site using your tool, send me a link please.

The other part was if I as the admin create a question for a specific user to deal with, it would be good if it could be resubmitted from either back or front end to my designated user. Do you have this?

I need to know how I can change the status of a question on my website if there is an answer, the question shows status “answered” and no further answers can be given. That is ridiculous we live in a world where there are multiple answers to questions.

1/ At the moment, we have not a page to introduce about the pro version on our site. We are selling the plugin on the Codecanyon and you can go to the link that I have sent to you in the previous answer to get all the info about the plugin.
Also, we are planning to create a page for the plugin. We will try to finish this page as soon as possible. 
The showcase page is a list of our themes, not plugins.

You can see the following screenshot about the setting of the pro version: See the screenshot 
2/ At the moment, the plugin does not support to create a question for a specific user to deal with via back-end or front-end as you mentioned here.
3/ If you is Admin or author, you can change the status while editing a question or go to the Dashboard > Questions > Edit questions.

I would like to see some sites ussing this in a professional way like me.
1) At the moment if someone answers, the question is closed, anjd cannot be opened from the backend and no more answers are possible.Ridiculous.
2) Considering the pro version, but quite expensive and not good info about what is needed, so I dont know. My feeling is it probably does not work properly.
Can you help me here, please??
If you are interested, do have a look at what I am doing with your free version. On the top menu bar, look at all answers.
Is there any way of getting faster answers as I am in  a huge hurry!

Yes it is very strange here. We have only 1 answer per post every 24 hours and not the week-end.

Apparently Dominic look at these mails once per day !

Crazy isn't it ?
The first quality when you buy a product here is "patient". But each question receive a answer…!

Why Dominic ? Are you alone to fix problem and answer to us ? Why just one answer every 24h ?

Now I have an explanation, and if this is correct. It is so stupid.
Is it the same with the Pro version?
When you visit your site DesignWall, they try to give the impression of quality, And this is not the truth.
So I need to get a solution very fast.

No sorry, I’m a customer like you,
I bought a template, which is bugged a lot, and since 3 weeks we tried to fix it…!
With one answer a day, it is so slow… 🙁

Now we are almost at the end. Ouf!

It is just my client who want absolutely this template…

I don’t know what is the Pro version. If I bought a template, I imagine I have the pro version for this template.

I know what you want. At the moment, we will check and answer the question in 24h, we can not take care the forum 24/24. We have many tickets to check and support in a day. We are trying to answer the question as soon as possible. If you have a big issue/ important issue and need to fix, you can use the chat box, we will try to check and help you.
