Can you fix it so Category views only show one category, and Archive view only shows one month?

In both Category view and Archive view, the filtering seems broken. I’m seeing multiple categories when it’s supposed to be showing one category, and multiple months of posts when it’s supposed to be showing one month in Archive view.
