The plugin stop working properly.
Users cannot input text in question details and answer question.
I’m using the latest version of the plugin
The plugin setting and dashboard are not there anymore.
Any ideas what can cause this?

Firstly, please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one and let us know if you find the problematic plugin(s). Maybe there is a conflict in plugins.

I deactivate all the plugin.
For the dw plugin not showing the setting in the dashboard. Be-pro listing was causing this issue, but still couldn’t input text in answer details and question details. No plugin is causing the input text.
Any suggestion how to fix this issues with bepro listing( I would like to keep both plugin) and even if I disable the be pro plugin I still cannot use dw question plugin since I cannot answer the questions.

Unfortunately, our plugin is conflicting with an other plugin, so we don’t yet fix it for you right now. We will consider and discuss as well this in the upcoming version of the plugin.
However, if you disable Be-pro plugin that DW Q&A plugin still don’t work, you can send me username & password of your site (via private answer) for further checking.

Apologies for the delay in replying to you, you just possible find all the answer & question in the Dashboard > Q&A.
I have the exact same issue, and it is a conflict with my theme. The issue does not occur to users who doesn’t have theme permissions. So, all this time, it has only been an issue for me, no one else. So, I resolve the issue this way: I created a user role specifically for answering and asking questions that has no theme editing permissions, and I created a new account for myself with that user role.
