Can't able to upload the demo content

Hello,
First of all thanks for the great theme “DW Gift Store“. I had installed the theme, but can’t able to install the demo content. I am getting the error saying “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” Please help me out to resolve the issue asap.

Please send me username & password of your for further checking, we will help you install the demo theme.

Current setup is in localhost. I will setup the staging and share you the link, username and password. Thanks for the prompt response.

I have helped you resolve this issue. However, you need to contact your hosting provider to enable PHP Zip module.
