Cant edit user own questions or answer

Ive tried several ways but for some reason a normal ‘Subscriber’ user cannot edit their own question or answer. I will provide the information for the website in the next message that is private.

To resolve this issue, you can log into Dashboard > Q&A > Settings and change the permission of the Subscriber user. Please let me know if you still face their issue.
